Quantity Surveyor

Due to recent growth, this established multi-national consultancy firm is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established team. The successful candidate will have ability to build their portfolio and work on major build projects across the UK, and learn closely from industry-leading professionals.

Requirements as a Successful Quantity Surveyor

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Have a full UK driving license and a car

Responsibilities as a Successful Quantity Surveyor

• Delivery of projects
• Pre and Post contract services
• Manage project coordination and project reporting
• Attend site inspections and site meetings
• Attend and minute project meetings
• Administer Contracts
• Procure services and works on behalf of our Clients and projects
• Support to junior member of the team and senior staff
