Experienced Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Projects Focus - up to £65k

We’re working with a highly successful, modern forward-thinking practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers based in Central London.

Specialising in Building Consultancy services across the lifecycle of property assets, their clients include investment funds, developers, public sector organisations, owners, occupiers and charities.

They now seek a hard-working and personable Quantity Surveyor to join them as they continue to grow their QS function.

The Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an established and professional team who work across a range of commercial projects.

Ideally, the new Quantity Surveyor will support less experienced Associates in delivering pre and post-contract services, as well as having the opportunity to run their own projects from inception to completion for existing clients.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be/have:

  • Living a commutable distance from Central London.
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or on the apprenticeship route.
  • Preferably from a PQS/Consultancy background.
  • 2+ years’ quantity surveying experience.
  • Full Driving licence.

Package Details:

  • £40,000 - £65,000 p/a
