Role: Quantity Surveyor

The Role



* Change order management.
* Subcontract fiscal management and administration.
* Timely Procurement of all subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
* Update project accounts and claims for payment on a monthly basis.

The Candidate


* Degree qualified with 3 to 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
* Must be commercially and contractually aware.
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
* Willingness to learn to use 3D Tekla modelling for take offs, remeasures.
