Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the City of London due to continued growth, they now require another Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The successful candidate will be working on projects within the commercial, hospitality, retail, educational and fit out sector.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be Chartered with the RICS, although this is not essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be paramount due to the nature of the role, as will good IT skills. Due to the nature of the role, it is important that the candidate is capable of running their own projects. Previous experience working in a similar position. Specific day-to-day duties will be discussed as required.

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• MRICS status desirable or in the process of achieving chartership status
• Relevant degree
• Capable of working on numerous projects simultaneously
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• History of good tenure

• Salary: £50k - £70k - Potential more dependent on experience
