Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Glasgow / Kilmarnock, are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor due to continued growth. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has been working in the industry for a couple years and is seeking their next challenge. This role is excellent for an individual looking to progress and further their skillset

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of projects including a variety of refurbishments and new builds across a range of sectors within the construction industry.

This position is also open to Quantity Surveyors of Senior Level; further details can be discussed over a phone call.

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

  • Ability to work within a larger team and assist with the development of Trainee Quantity Surveyors
  • Confident in a client facing role
  • Understanding and practical experience of both pre-contract and post-contract work
  • Knowledge and understanding of main contract forms
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects independently with minimum supervision.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying
  • 2 years post-graduation experience
  • Ideally PQS experience however an individual with a contractor background will also be considered if there is relevant experience
  • Full driving license
