Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for the residential sector? Our clients work across the Hampshire & Dorset areas. They are currently in growth and looking to expand their team. They are looking to grow their team due to 5 new sites starting this year and looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience and looking to progress themselves.

They have sites situated across Hampshire and Dorset with you being in their office and based on site 2-3 days per week. Competitive Salary of £65,000 + Car allowance + Package.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in NEC / JCT Format
• Experience working in the residential sector
• Experience of managing large subcontractor accounts
• Experience in Pre-Construction

Must have BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject, and/or RICS Membership.
