Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Site Clearance and Roofing Experience: You must have hands-on experience in industrial roofing projects and be familiar with site clearance procedures. Your expertise will ensure smooth project execution.

2. Measurement and Pricing: Accurate measurement, pricing, and evaluation of tenders are essential. You’ll work closely with our project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.

3. Project Management: Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion, you’ll manage budgets, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.

4. Risk Mitigation: Mitigating risks using correct contractual procedures is critical. You’ll ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven Experience: A track record of successful quantity surveying in industrial roofing projects and MOD sites.
