Quantity Surveyor - High End Residential
Position: Quantity Surveyor
- Location: Glasgow, Scotland
- Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About Us:
We are a well-established construction firm specializing in luxury residential projects. Our portfolio includes bespoke homes, Georgian & Victorian exclusive developments in the heart of Glasgow. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for residential projects.
- Procurement: Source materials, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts, handle variations, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to costs, contracts, and project delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential construction.
- Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Skills: Proficient in cost estimation software, strong negotiation skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Certification: Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
