Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Leeds, UK

Position Overview: They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to their diverse range of projects, providing expertise in cost management, commercial oversight, and ensuring the successful delivery of major programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide accurate quantity surveying services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-effective solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations for cost optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost management principles and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Salary: The salary for this position is competitive and ranges from £60,000 to £65,000 dependent on experience.
