Quantity Surveyor - COINS Software

We have a superb opportunity for Quantity Surveyors with experience of using COINS software to join a very well-established and growing construction company. The company is international in its outlook and delivery, but these particular opportunities are based in the UK and are nationwide.

The company delivers technical construction projects to industries such as: logistics, data centres, manufacturing, food and pharmaceutical. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for client liaison as well as supplier engagement and management. Furthermore, they will order materials and manage both costs and contracts. He or she will be responsible for client valuations, negotiation and variations to the main contract as well as final account agreement with the client. The QS will procure packages, be responsible for sub-contract variations and the final accounts with suppliers.
