We are collaborating with a boutique research agency seeking interim support as a team member embarks on maternity leave. This agency partners with clients spanning FMCG, retail, NGO, and more, delivering diverse projects ranging from brand positioning to creative strategy.

The Role

As the Research Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading quantitative projects, overseeing their progress, and collaborating closely with the team.
  • Managing and mentoring team members, fostering their training and development.
  • Juggling multiple projects concurrently and serving as the primary client liaison.
  • Crafting and delivering insightful reports and contributing to thought leadership articles.

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal Research Director will possess:

  • Proven experience engaging with clients in consumer research contexts.
  • Proficiency in quantitative methodologies and a background in research agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a flair for creativity and team development.
