Quality Technician

As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Department's remit to confirm the quality of parts to specifications or engineering drawings.

In your first week in this Quality role, you can expect to:

• Perform visual inspections, mechanical, and functional verification of parts and assembled cars to specification and quality standards
• Prepare quality documentation to describe issues
• Assist in developing and implementing corrective actions
• Support non-complex supplier product validation.

To apply for this Quality Technician role, you will need a minimum of two years of experience working in an automotive company or similar supplier quality environment. You will also require the following:

• Previous experience in automotive paint quality inspection, exterior trim,  body panels or carbon fibre body componet inspection advantageous 
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP process
• The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Mechanical Engineer or ASQC Quality Engineer certification would be an advantage.
