Quality Specialist I

Quality Specialist / Perth, Scotland/ part time Tuesday and Wednesday/ £14.54
Responsible for the verification of production data prior to release for distribution to customers at a busy site that produces microbiological media for clinical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, food and environmental sectors. This is a key role in the effort to ensure and maintain ISO, MDR and IVDR compliance.
Responsibilities:

• Review production documentation for timely product release.
• Post stock in SAP.
• Conduct internal audits and collaborate to improve process efficiency.
• Use Master Control for document changes and train Quality Associate Team.
• Support QMS activities like CAPA and Risk Management.
• Ensure accurate issuance, tracking, reviewing and closure for all levels of document changes.
• Assist the Quality Manager in other Quality Assurance activities when required.
• Assist with preparing and communicating Quality Department metrics

Skills:

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Master Control and/or SAP is a plus.
• GCSE or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in a corporate environment, preferably ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified.
• Internal audit and production documentation review experience.

This is a temporary role for 6 Months with the potential for Extension.
