JOB- Quality Manager 

LOCATION- Luton

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Quality Manager on a permanent basis in the Luton area with experience in the Manufacturing, Engineering or Sciences Industry. Your main duty will be to Manage the Quality Engineering function in the day to day running of the Quality Management System as well as being hands on implementing new Quality systems.

The Quality Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

  • Qualified in Engineering ideally (NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or similar) OR Qualified by experience.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager
  • Must have experience in a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or similar business.
  • Previous experience of working with an ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF16949, ISO13485 or similar
  • Working experience of managing a quality system / function.
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry or Life sciences - advantatgeous
 The Quality Manager role will involve:

  • Managing the Quality function day to day.
  • Ensuring all processes are compliant to the ISO9001 and other quality systems / standards.
  • Be the driver and champion of quality with the business.
  • Oversee the auditing process within the business.
  • Introduce new Quality systems and regulations as required.
