**The Job:**

**The Person:**
 
- Proven experience in Quality Management within Printing / Textiles
- Strong understanding of quality systems and standards
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and engaging teams across the organization.
- A proactive, analytical thinker with a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, augmented by relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt).
