  • Position: Quality Control Inspector
  • Salary: £25,000
  • Location: Slinfold
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.15pm Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

My client based in Slinfold are looking to recruit a Quality Control Inspector to inspect parts ready to be despatched.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect parts recording and reporting results
  • Assisting with assembly when required
  • Operate within company guidelines
  • Undertake other quality control functions where necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings essential.
  • Previous experience of inspection and quality control within an engineering/small batch assembly environment preferred.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy essential.
  • Sound knowledge of the use of mechanical and optical measurement instrumentation desirable.
  • Familiarity with BS EN ISO9001 quality standard.
  • Experience of basic computer data entry an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach.
  • A willingness to learn new skills.
