Quality Engineer / Inspector - Manufacturing
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Bonus + Hybrid working + Flexible hours + Excellent company benefits
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

Are you a Quality Engineer or Quality Inspector, looking for an interesting and varied role? You will be provided with a platform to improve your technical knowledge, whilst progressing into more senior roles within the business or chartered engineer status, depending on your career goals. Full product training and process training, will be provided to the successful candidate.

You will be working for a well-established and highly profitable SME that supports a range of blue chip customers within the nuclear industry. This is a key hire where you will assume responsibility for all aspects of the quality engineering department and have the opportunity to implement your own ideas for process improvements.

This role would suit someone who has a background in quality engineering OR quality inspection, as long as you have experience working with documentation. The role will approximately involve spending 10% of your time carrying out hands on inspections and 90% of your time working on other quality engineering tasks, with a key focus on documentation.

The Role:

The Person:
- Has experience working with quality documentation and quality inspection
- Has a background in a manufacturing environment - Desirable
- Holds a UK driving licence and is happy to travel within the role when required
- Experience working with ISO9001 or any other quality standard
