Are you an experienced Quality Coordinator we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our client located in Salisbury in a manufacturing environment, with the Quality Coordinator receiving a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 and additional benefits.
Out client are a large-scale provider of manufacturing and electrical products with the Quality Coordinator joining the quality team and working cohesively with other departments. The Quality Coordinator will liaise with customers to perform problem resolutions, inspections, product auditing and testing as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer correspondence, with recording of complaints and reaching a satisfied outcome.
  • Initiating internal corrective action processes, working cohesively with other departments and keeping the customer informed.
  • Using Factory Master to enter NCR’s on the PIR log.
  • Complete product audits and in-process inspections.
  • Assist the quality department daily.
  • Use Factory Master MRP, along with Excell and Word for reports and data input.

  • Engineering understanding.
  • Electrical knowledge.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting technical standards and documents.
