Quality Control Key responsibilities:
- Inspect and identify contamination on products
- Check product against agreed specification
- Check labelling and packaging of products is correct
- Check composition, contents and product numbers against specification
- Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and food safe working environment
- Ensure all final products are checked for all quality standards
- Reject any product which does not meet specifications, reporting quality defects and issues to supervisor or manager and retaining product for further inspection
- Carry out checks on products that are identified as a risk
