Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Role Type: Permanent
Salary Range: £26k - £30k
Hours: 38 hour working week, Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a key member of the Quality Control team, you will contribute to ensuring the highest standards of products for various sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspection of outgoing and incoming products, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.
  • Perform final inspections and testing against client specifications, authorizing product release upon successful validation, either in person or via remote videoconferencing means.
  • Liaise with various internal teams and external representatives to resolve quality-related issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' Quality Inspection experience, preferably in relevant sectors.
  • Thorough understanding and use of standard measuring equipment, ability to read engineering drawings, and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Knowledge/experience of inspection of electrical/mechanical products within relevant industry sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications related to quality control and inspection within engineering/manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety Management systems, meeting the requirements of relevant standards.
