Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist role will oversee all quality activities within a small contact centre team.

The role will undertake call quality reviews ensuring both customer experience and regulatory activities take place. You will also contribute to the overall quality assurance framework, working closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to help drive business wise objectives
