Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products through the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Oversee HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) programs
Collaborate with production teams to establish quality control processes
Train employees on quality standards and procedures
Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues
Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends
Knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement in quality processes
