As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will plan, manage, perform and report programme and project quality assurance activities. You will also plan and manage effective relationships across the breadth of the company and its customers and have the confidence to technically direct cross-disciplinary project teams.

In your first few weeks in this Quality Assurance Engineer role, you can expect to:

• Write and maintain Quality Plans
• Report programme quality performance
• Plan, manage and report programme compliance audits
• Approve programme, project and design documentation and data
• Support and assure supply chain and purchasing activities.

To apply for this Quality Assurance Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Knowledge and experience of third-party aerospace/aviation/automotive standards (AS9100, AS9102 (FAI), TS16949 &/or ISO9001
• Experienced in Quality Engineering, ideally from an aerospace/aviation/defence background, who is able to plan, coordinate & execute quality assurance activities
• Experience in supply chain (SQA) activities and audits
• Experience of Programme/Projects Assurance in a production/manufacturing/purchasing environment.
