Quality Assurance Engineer

An innovative software company in Aberdeen are looking for a couple of skilled Automation Testers to join their team!

The role
As Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be hands on with automation scripting, working alongside the other QA's and Developers to create automated solutions that suit their needs best.

If you are someone who thrives on challenges and is passionate about automation this is probably the role for you.
You will collaborate with the existing QA team to establish automation frameworks from scratch. You won't be left alone; you'll work closely with experienced professionals on their existing automation suite.

Although there will be an element of Manual Testing in this role, you will also play a pivotal part in reducing manual testing efforts, to improve efficiency and ensure the quality of their product.

You?
* Strong hands-on experience with Cypress
* Ability to write automated test scripts from scratch

Preferred Skills (Not Essential, but a Plus):
Experience in operating within a test-driven development environment, as well as expertise in performance testing and other non-functional test operations, would be highly valuable.

Location and Benefits
The company are offering a salary of £45,000 - 55,000 and offer a strong benefits package, with all the usual perks plus and more.

Right now, they are happy to offer this role as fully remote or hybrid but do have a preference for people local to Scotland.
