Vacancies Available: We have multiple vacancies for Social Workers in the following teams:
- Safeguarding and Care Planning Team
- Referral and Assessment Team
Duties Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Service Provision: Conduct assessments and provide necessary services to children in need, adhering to legislative and departmental guidelines.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Ensure efficient service delivery by collaborating with various stakeholders including council departments, healthcare trusts, schools, and voluntary organizations.
- Professional Standards: Maintain high standards of professional practice within own workload and promote such standards within the team and division.
- Adherence to Departmental Guidelines: Work in accordance with departmental vision, values, procedures, and managerial guidance to uphold professional standards.
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of children and families by conducting assessments, implementing child protection procedures, coordinating services, working with families to prevent care proceedings, and collaborating with other agencies to provide interventions in line with Every Child Matters agenda.

Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed their ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment)
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care
- Social Work England registered
