Your new company
Wiltshire Council are looking for Level 3 and Level 4 Social Workers to join them in their Safeguarding and Support Team. As part of this team, you will averagely hold a caseload of 21 (10 households), and work cases from point of referral to potential adoption/placement. You will be assigned a caseload in accordance with where you are living and have access to offices within Devizes, Chippenham, and Trowbridge.

Your new role
They are offering a salary of £42,936 - £48,763, inclusive of a 15% market supplement. You have the opportunity to work from home throughout your week but will be expected to be in the office on your duty days. For your duty days, the team work on a rota where you will have 2 days back-to-back and then 2-3 weeks off duty. Wiltshire Council are an advocate for your work-life balance, so they offer a 9-day fortnight, as well as offering flexible working arrangements.

What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree
- Registered with Social Work England
- Children's Services experience.
