We are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker who has a strong understanding of thresholds for intervention and can demonstrate an inquisitive approach to understanding the situations for children and families.

As a Qualified social worker, working in the MASH team you will be undertaking screening and triage to inform decisions about the right course of action for a child. We are looking for someone with a background in frontline work and experience in a MASH environment.

We have a stable management team; the team is a based within a multi-agency hub at Shire Hall in Gloucester, so this allows good opportunity to work with partners. This role is non case holding but the candidate will need to work under tight timescales. Currently there is no late night / weekend working.

We have a hybrid working arrangement - home and office based. We are increasing the time spent in the office so currently we ask candidates to be at Shire Hall for at least 3 days a week. Initially we would induct being office based for training purposes.
