Qualified Social Worker - Hospital

Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for an Experienced Social Worker to work within our Busy Hospital Team within the Adult Social Care Team at Bracknell Forest.
• The person will need to have good knowledge of Hospital Discharges D2A experience
• Ability to complete Mental Capacity Assessments, Safeguarding experience.
• Must have a driving licence and car as working will be between Office and based at the Hospital.

What you need:

• QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
• A minimum of 2 years' experience
• Right to work in the UK
