I am delighted to be recruiting for a passionate Qualified Architect to join a forward-thinking collaborative Architectural design Practice in Stockport. This RIBA chartered Practice invest heavily into supporting their employees development as well as utilising advanced Revit technology and sustainable design approaches. My client is specialist within Bluelight, education and healthcare sectors branching in commercial and residential projects also.

The successful qualified Architect will have substantial post qualification experience working across commercial and healthcare projects with a proficiency in Revit.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Qualified Architect:

• ARB registered
• Sufficient post Part Three qualification experience
• Proficiency in the use of Revit
• Proven track record working on commercial and healthcare projects
• Excellent attention to detail and boat design flare
• Be based locally to Stockport/ Greater Manchester area
• Strong technical abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of current UK building regulations
• Keen to input to company growth
• Work well within a team
• Good mentoring capabilities
• Proactive and positive attitude
