Key Responsibilities: ?? Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs and abilities of students with SEN/SEMH requirements. ?? Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. ?? Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to create comprehensive learning plans and provide holistic support for students. ?? Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. ?? Qualifications and Skills: ?? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in SEN/SEMH settings preferred. ??
