Position – QHSE Team Leader
Contract - Permanent
Salary - OTE £40,000
Location – Gloucestershire (Hybrid)
Benefits – Company pension scheme, Private Medical Insurance, 25 days holiday (Increasing increments)
Responsibilities – QHSE Team Leader
- Support the continuous improvement of QHSE systems including ISO 45001 and 14001.
- Act as main QHSE point of contact in the absence of the Head of QHSE.
- Responsible for being the initial QHSE focal point for all incident, accident, and NCR investigations.
- Produce health and safety reports including KPI’s and monthly reports.
- Keep risk assessments up to date, working alongside the Head of QHSE.
- Supervise a small team to help with their development.
- NEBOSH certification required
- LRQA, CSCS card, IOSH Managing Safely preferred
- Utilities/Construction industry experience preferred
- Quality Management training/experience
