If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a QHSE Coordinator at one of sites across the UK.

About the Role

Joining our team as a QHSE Coordinator you will report directly to the Head of QHSE UK & Ireland. A successful candidate will drive, support and advise Health and Safety strategies for their local branch and sites. A successful candidate will also maintain employee training records on the Quality portal and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH, PUWER, and DSE with site Operation Managers. They will take part in audits from various certification bodies, close out Improvement Actions and manage the administration of documentation in our quality system. They will support the wider business by attending regular H&S meetings and manage the online H&S portal for your branch.

Essential Skills
  • Previous experience in a Quality and Health and Safety role
  • NEBOSH qualifications at general certificate level
  • Knowledge of supporting Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge/experience of ISO Standards including 17025
  • Qualifications within the QHSE profession is desirable
  • Good IT skills demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
  • Some travel to customer sites in the UK will be required.
