QC Inspector - Fibre Optic

REED Engineering are working exclusively with an Oil & Gas service company who are looking to add a QC Inspector to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Based in the Dyce area of Aberdeen, this vacancy represents a great opportunity for either a QC Inspector looking to enhance their career, or a Technician looking to move into an inspection focused role.

As QC Inspector, you will be working as part of a team to inspect finished products to ensure they are in line with customer specifications, engineering drawing and dimensions. This will be achieved through the use of tools such as meggers, verniers, multi-meters and calipers.

Our client produces a range of products, therefore we can consider candidates from a mechanical, electrical or electronic inspection background.

To be suited to this role, we are looking for candidates who:

• Have a solid engineering background formed in a workshop environment i.e. Electronic/Electrical assembly
• Has previous inspection experience through use of tools such as: meggers, verniers, multi-meters or calipers (Desirable)
