We are looking for a new colleague to join this expanding well know company.

Working closely with the Head of Warranty, Commercial Manager and colleagues in UK and European offices.

Main Duties:

• Liaise with the Service Manager to order third-party components, andraise purchase orders.

• Develop a purchasing and forecasting process for all third-party brands for the stores.

• Support the Head of Warehouse with receipts of third-party components onto the ERP system.

• Manage back-orders and liaise with Sales team to provide up to date information.

• Liaise with colleagues regarding shipments of products.

• Acknowledge products and deliveries.

• Maintain and manage stock levels of branded accessories.

• Work closely with the Head of Warehouse to create regular stock counts, and help count as required.

• Develop and implement new inventory control practices.

• Logistics; work with freight forwarders for importation/exportation of product.

Individual Requirements:

• We are targeting someone with previous experience within a similar role - if from a retailer even better.

• You will need to have excellent communication skills and be a good listener.

• Super organised and proficient with the use of Outlook, Excel and ideally have worked with an ERP system previously, preferably SAGE X3.
