Our client is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator.

Starting salary 25-35K depending on experience.

They are currently seeking an administrator to carry out office duties like:

  • Monitoring and updating the department's financial documents.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports.
  • Preparing all documents for invoicing.
  • Sub-contractor payments.
  • Issuing client and resident satisfaction survey.
  • Monitoring Health and Safety documents for sub-contractors.
  • Organising and purchasing all materials for ongoing the contracts.
  • Responsible for hiring and off-hiring site welfare and equipment.
  • Updating department's timesheets and weather report.
  • Collecting and submitting employees’ expenses.
  • General office administration work.
  • Occasional travel to sites.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • High level of IT skills, including knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Be a strong team player.

If successful after the interview there will be 3 months probationary period with possibility of long-term contract.
