Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Role Overview:

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our client's operations, ensuring seamless coordination of purchasing activities. From raising purchase orders to scheduling engineers and managing deliveries, your attention to detail and organisational skills will contribute to the efficiency and success of the procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Schedule engineers efficiently to meet project requirements.
  • Place orders for panels and additional parts as needed.
  • Update systems promptly upon receipt of parts deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to manage stock requirements.
  • Prepare survey paperwork and liaise with suppliers for panel deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Administrator to facilitate smooth installations.
