The project!: We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to purchase order management, from the creation in our system (SAP), through to ex-factory. Helping to track and ensure on-time delivery of product and in the ordered quantity, for sampling and production. An exciting role with an international fashion brand, Hackett London, based in Savile Row in London. What will the role entail? - Creating, placing and ensuring confirmation of Purchase Orders (PO’s) in a timely and accurate manner. - Follow up with suppliers on PO’s; making sure that all orders are produced in time and according to agreed terms. - All order related communication with suppliers. - Maintenance in SAP of different fields in purchase orders (dates, quantities etc.) - Monitor delivery dates and production progress reports, identifying potential bottle-necks. - Interdepartmental co-ordination - Ensure the best conditions are met to optimize our inbound flow / on time deliveries - Communicating delivery dates to key markets - Generating reports for analysis and KPI tracking - Make sure all relevant deadlines are met.
