Reed Accountancy are representing a family-run, Teesside based SME business, who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger on a full-time, permanent basis.

Paying a salary of up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience:-

In this role, you will be responsible for:-

  • Processing large volumes of invoices
  • Resolving invoices/payment queries smoothly and efficiently 
  • Matching invoices with PODS
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed and relevant deadlines are met by the team
  • Other general office duties

     

To be successful in this role you must have/be:-

  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed and relevant deadlines are met by the team
  • Good telephone communication skills essential
  • Strong computing skills, with experience in accounting packages such as Sage, SAP or QuickBooks
