Hays are currently working with a market leading business in Trowbridge who are looking to hire an experienced an Purchase Ledger. The role will be for 3 months initially with potential for it to go permanent. The Temporary Purchase Ledger role will be reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager and is looking to start as soon as possible.

Your new role

  • Processing invoices
  • Dealing with queries from suppliers and internally.
  • Raising invoices
  • Supplier reconciliation
  • Dealing with various stakeholders within the business
  • Payment runs
  • Helping out with month end duties



What you'll need to succeed

  • Worked in a fast paced working environment
  • Worked in a similar role previously.
  • Solid communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong systems and excel knowledge
  • Be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice
