CMA Recruitment Group are working with an expanding business in Fareham, Hampshire, to help them recruit an Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis.  Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager, this role will involve a variety of duties.

What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

  • Creating purchase orders from requisitions including determining correct coding;
  • Reconciling supplier statements and proactively resolving queries with colleagues and third parties;
  • Manage supplier payment expectations;
  • Supporting with purchase ledger data entry work. 

Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:

  • Good communication skills incorporating both written and verbal;
  • Previous purchase ledger or data entry experience.
