Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities will include:
- Managing the process for multiple purchase ledgers
- Matching invoices to PO’s and GRN’s
- Processing, coding and matching invoices
- Complete weekly and monthly payment runs
- Checking supplier statements
- Close month end ledgers
- Calculating purchase accruals
- Successfully answering any related queries
- Ad-hoc management reporting when required
- Assisting with various other accounting duties
- Assisting to develop processes, procedures and reporting
- Solid experience in a busy purchase ledger/ accounts role
- Must have the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A forward thinking individual with the ability to work on their own initiative
- IT literate including excel
