Location: Near Kirkby in Ashfield
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,500 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a full-time permanent role in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Check invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Obtain necessary authorisations for payment
  • Address any invoice discrepancies and raise queries promptly
  • Code and input invoices into the system accurately
  • Maintain organised electronic folders by filing and scanning documents
  • Update various spreadsheets with relevant information
  • Process weekly and monthly payments efficiently
  • Post manual cash payments and allocate accordingly
  • Reconcile statements to ensure accuracy
  • Perform any other duties as required to support the finance team

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
