Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a well-established retail business based in Hull. As they have experienced recent growth they are now looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis to help support the Finance team.

Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a well-established retail business based in Hull. As they have experienced recent growth they are now looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis to help support the Finance team.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report into the AP Supervisor and be working in part of a busy, high-performing finance team. Duties will include, however, not be limited to;

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Charge out direct orders to customers in a timely manner
  • Investigate and match invoices to PO's
  • Liaise with branches and suppliers to resolve queries quickly to enable on-time payments
  • Ensure credits are matched correctly to either held invoices or return notes
  • Developing strong relationships with suppliers and branches
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

Profile

  • Have held a previous role.
  • Have excellent communication and administration skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Confidently work independently or as part of a team.

Job Offer
