The opportunity for a Purchase ledger Clerk to join a Finance team in Preston on a part time basis has arisen due to a retirement. Working in a team environment reporting to the Finance Manager you will enjoy working in modern offices, a supportive and rewarding environment where you will thrive in a pro-active and positive company. Offering a competitive package your main weekly duties will include:
- Responsibility for processing invoices
- Query resolution both internally and externally
- Supporting with statement and bank reconciliations
- Ad-hoc reporting for the Finance Manager
The ideal candidate will currently be working in a Purchase Ledger position with relevant experience and be keen to join a company that offers stability and rewards staff. You will have a flexible and adaptable work ethic with strong IT skills and the knowledge of excel is advantageous.
