Are you a Purchase Ledge Clerk or similar looking to join a leading supplier of data and mobile solutions? Do you want to work for a local business who have their product used by organisation's such as Ford and Coca Cola?

On offer, is the opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar to join a well-established, family feel business who supply data & mobile app software solutions to some of the most well known organisations on the planet. Joining a tightly knit and fun team of like-minded people, you will be playing a key role in the current and future plans of the business while having the opportunity to gain experience across the whole of the finance department.

In this role, the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be setting up new suppliers, coding supplies invoices, maintaining accurate postings of purchase invoices, matching PO's raised, expenses, non-stock invoices as well as liaising with all departments to resolve supplier invoice and PO queries, on top of this, you will have the chance to take on much more responsibility across the whole of the finance department as you progress within the business.

The ideal Purchase Ledger Clerk would have experience in a similar role, be local to Manchester and happy to work on site 5 days a week for at least the first 6 months.

The Role:

• Purchase Ledger Clerk activities, dealing with PO's, invoices etc.
• Liaising with other departments.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

The Person:

• Local to Manchester.
• Purchase ledger experience or similar.
• Happy to work in the office.
