Four Squared Recruitment are delighted to be working with an Oldbury based organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger/Payroll Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Finance Manager, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to their continued success. There is also the chance to manage 3 members of transactional staff.

The main duties of the role include (but are not limited to)

  • Processing steel invoices (COS)
  • Processing non-steel invoices & expenses
  • AP/expense payments & allocation
  • Bi-monthly cash forecasts
  • Supporting month-end close & reporting
  • Managing the Time & Attendance System -hours & holidays
  • Payroll, pension & P11D admin
  • Weekly/monthly bank recs
  • Quarterly VAT return preparation
  • Supporting external audits
  • General admin to include purchasing of consumables etc.
