Are you detail-oriented with a passion for finance? Sheridan Maine is currently representing our client, a thriving business near Weymouth, in their search for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team.
Your key responsibilities as Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:
- Maintaining supplier accounts.
- Processing BACS payments.
- Logging supplier invoices onto correct systems and ensuring approval has been obtained.
- Assisting with annual audit process.
- Liaising with stakeholders.
To be considered for the position of Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will need:
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
