Position: Pump Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)
Location: Bromsgrove
Work Schedule: 8.00am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (based on experience) plus overtime and additional benefits

We are currently seeking skilled Pump Engineers to join a dynamic workforce based in Bromsgrove, renowned for delivering top-tier services within the Water Utility sector. The company has a strong preference for individuals who possess an ECS Gold card, reflecting their commitment to excellence and expertise in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling and fitting mechanical pipework components in our workshop, following detailed design blueprints.
Conducting on-site installation of mechanical, electrical, and pipework components, including commissioning activities.
Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring effective utilization of company assets.
Upholding strict standards for cost efficiency, quality control, and health and safety.
Problem-solving in engineering scenarios involving various machinery and processes, such as compressors and pressure vessels.

Essential Knowledge/Skills:
Experience in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in Pipe Fitting / Mapress.
Possession of a Full Driving License.
Experience in industrial electrical installation.
Construction Industry Certifications: JIB, CSCS Card, CPCS, EUSR, or SHEA.
Prior experience in construction site work.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of the water industry.
Forklift Truck License.
Understanding of the process industry.
Ability to work from technical drawings.
Confined Space Training.
Electrical qualification: ECS Gold Card Holder.
Flexibility in work approach.

Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel and work away from home as per project demands.
