- Your new firm is a close nit small accountancy practice based out in Portsmouth seeking a part time accounts assistant. This firm are accustom to part time works and have multiple par time / sub contractors individuals working.

Your new role
Your new role will task you with
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Complete a small portion of Audits per year - roughly 10 across whole business per year
- Create and update expense reports.
- Process reimbursement forms.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

What you'll need to succeed
- Professional, articulate communication style
- Previous practice experience (industry will be considered if practice also)
- Xero, Sage, MS office systems experience
