Our client is a communications company based in Sidcup, Kent. They are currently recruiting for a Provisioning and Order Management Coordinator to join their hardworking and dedicated team in Sidcup, East Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a customer service role, be IT literate with experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook, possess a confident and articulate telephone manner and be able to keep calm under pressure.

As a Provisioning and Order Management Coordinator, you will be dealing with support queries via email and telephone, managing telephone line and broadband faults as well a router configuration and hosted IP provisioning and order management.

Full Training for this role will be provided.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrable experience within a customer service role
  • Be IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Possess a confident and articulate telephone manner
  • Have a willingness to undertake training and to develop new skills
  • Be able to keep calm under pressure
  • Be a strong team player

Your duties as a Provisioning and Order Management Coordinator will include:

  • Telephone line, broadband provisioning and order management
  • Mobile provisioning and fault management
  • Hosted IP provisioning and order management
  • Leaded line provisioning and order management
  • Router configuration
  • Covering the support desk during adsences
  • Adhoc duties

Salary:

£24,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
